Description

The Babà with orange blossom syrup is an explosion of aroma and flavour. The base of the babà is a light and soft dough, soaked in an aromatic syrup prepared with the essence of orange blossom. This syrup gives the dessert a sweet and floral taste, which goes perfectly with the softness of the dough.

Ingredients

Water, sugar, eggs*, "00" soft wheat flour*, butter*, glucose, honey, brewer's yeast, salt. *allergens. May contain traces of: Almonds, Hazelnuts.

storage
